Coaching Program Refunds
If you are not medically approved for a prescription after completing your telehealth intake and consultation with our partner provider, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted if:
You complete the required medical intake form.
You are denied treatment by the licensed medical provider.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
Changing your mind after purchase.
Failure to complete the intake form.
Lack of follow-up or communication.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.
