These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reset Biology’s website and services. By accessing our website, purchasing a coaching program, or engaging with our telehealth partners, you agree to these Terms.
1. Coaching & Telehealth Access
Reset Biology provides coaching programs and access to licensed medical providers through third-party telehealth services. We do not prescribe or ship medication directly.
2. No Guarantee of Prescription
Coaching packages include access to a licensed medical provider, who will determine if prescription peptides or other medications are appropriate. There is no guarantee that you will be prescribed medication.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if you are not approved following your medical consultation. Please review our [Refund Policy].
4. Health Information
All personal health information submitted during the intake process is protected under HIPAA compliance through our telehealth partners.
5. Limitation of Liability
Reset Biology is not liable for medical decisions made by third-party providers or pharmacies. You should always consult your assigned medical provider before beginning any treatment.
Peptide Therapy Disclaimer
Although our partner pharmacies use only FDA-approved ingredients that are pharmaceutical-grade and highly regulated, compounded prescriptions are not FDA approved
